Catch of the Day or Veal Cheeks on the menu at Hadicurari’s Restaurant Week
At Hadicurari, one of Aruba’s restaurants with the best ocean view and feet-in-the-sand experience, the choices are amazing: the appetizers include roasted pumpkin soup with shrimp or home-made chicken ravioli with Parmesan cheese foam and eggplant mousse. The entrees are either locally caught catch of the day with pistachio sauce, potato mousseline and vegetables or Hopi Stout braised veal cheeks, served with their own gravy, mushrooms and an almond mélange and bacon crumble. A crema catalana with orange zest, cinnamon and rum raisin ice cream forms the crowning glory of the Restaurant Week menu at Hadicurari. Of course, there are beer and wine specials available as well.
Part of the Restaurant Week’s profits will go to Maris Stella, the home for Aruba’s elderly. It is just one more reason to go out to dinner at the AWD restaurants during this super special, delicious week.
