Going for gold… Asparagus is the name of Hadicurari’s Culinary Secret
The Culinary Secrets series at Hadicurari Restaurant is going for gold, white gold, as asparagus in all its splendor will be available during on Friday and Saturday June 1st and 2nd. Hadicurari’s chef was filled with divine inspiration when he cooked up his special asparagus menu. The white asparagus are flown in from Holland – the white stalks are incredibly tasty and soft. For asparagus lovers, this is your month!

The asparagus menu is as follows: an appetizer of beef tataki with a duck liver mousse and marinated white asparagus is followed by an asparagus cappuccino with bacon foam. Your main course will be Norwegian salmon with white asparagus, a choron sauce, poached quail eggs and potatoes and dessert will be a sweet surprise. The price is $48.50 per person. The optional wine arrangement is $35 per person. Reservations are recommended.
